Refund Policy

At Marketing Time, we aim to provide high-quality products and a smooth shopping experience. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. No Return / No Refund Policy

We follow a strict No Return and No Refund Policy on all products once the order has been processed or shipped.

2. Refund Eligibility

A refund is only applicable if the order is cancelled before it is processed or shipped.

3. Exchange Instead of Refund

We do not provide refunds for delivered orders. However, an exchange may be provided under the following conditions:

• Wrong product delivered
• Product is damaged or broken upon delivery

4. Verification Process

To request an exchange, customers must provide clear proof (photos or videos) within 48 hours of delivery. After verification, we will process the exchange.

5. Refund Processing Time

If a refund is approved (only for pre-shipment cancellations), it will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

6. Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before they are processed. Once the order is processed or shipped, cancellation is not possible.
